1. What Travel Documents Do I Need?
A valid passport is essential for entry into India, and it must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival. Citizens of certain countries are eligible for an E-Visa, provided they apply 72 hours in advance. Other nationals must obtain an Indian visa before traveling.

2. What Is the Best Time to Visit India?
The best time to visit depends on the region you wish to explore. For Ladakh and the Himalayas, summer is the ideal time. For Rajasthan, North India, and South India, the winter season (September to March) is perfect for comfortable travel. Although the monsoon season (July to September) may seem challenging, it offers unique opportunities to stay in luxury or palace hotels at reduced rates, especially in Northern India and other regions.

3. Do I Need Medical/Travel Insurance?
Yes, it is strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive medical and travel insurance from your home country before traveling to India.

While we offer all-inclusive package tours, we also provide individual services upon request. These services may include hotel reservations, car/coach hire with a driver, flight/train tickets, and more for clients who prefer customized arrangements.

6. How Can I Book My Tour with You?
To book any of our tours, simply send us an email with your contact details. We will assist you in selecting and confirming your tour.

7. What About Payment Terms?
For day tours, no advance payment is required; you can pay upon arrival. For other tours, an advance deposit is typically required once arrangements are confirmed. The amount depends on the services requested. Payments can be made via bank transfer (before arrival), credit card, traveler’s cheque, or cash. The balance is due before arrival. Specific payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.

 

8. What If I Have to Make Any Changes in the Tour for Any Reason?
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your itinerary. However, any modifications that incur penalties from third-party suppliers (such as hotels or airlines) may involve additional charges, which will be communicated to you.

9. Who Will I Meet on My Arrival in India?
A representative from Taj Agra Tours will be waiting for you at the airport. They will be holding a placard with your name for easy identification. We will also provide you with a list of emergency contact numbers in case of any urgent situation.

10. If I Come Across Any Problems During My Trip, How Would You Help Me?
